Terms of Service

1 Ordering Rules

• Read the listing first. Each service description states its quality tier, speed and guarantee. Check it before you order — you’re responsible for choosing the right service for your goal.
• One order per link at a time. Don’t stack a second order on the same link until the previous one has completed; overlapping orders can distort counts and complicate refills.
• Match the target to the service. Some services require a specific link type (channel vs group vs post) or ownership region. Ordering against a mismatched target may fail without a refund.
• Give it time before you ask. Delivery windows are estimates. Please let an order process before opening a ticket about speed.
• We only count what we add. Guarantees and refills apply to the quantity we deliver, not to growth that existed before your order.

By ordering from Fixedseen, you accept these terms. We don’t guarantee exact delivery times, and opening a payment dispute or chargeback instead of a support ticket may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining balance.

2 Services & Delivery

Fixedseen provides Telegram growth and engagement services. Available categories include, but are not limited to:

• Estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery depends on service type, order size and current Telegram conditions.
• Non-drop tiers carry the refill window written on the listing. Minor fluctuation (typically under 5%) is normal and not covered.
• Availability and pricing can change without prior notice. The Services page always shows the current catalogue.

3 Orders & Processing

• Orders are processed automatically. Once submitted, the target link and quantity of an order cannot be edited.
• Make sure your channel or group is public and reachable for the duration of delivery. If we can’t access the target, the order may fail.
• Setting the target to private, deleting the post, or changing the username mid-delivery can stop an order; such orders aren’t eligible for a refund.
• Drip-Feed orders are charged up front for all runs. You may cancel an active drip-feed anytime; the runs that haven’t fired are refunded to your balance.
• An order that can’t be fully completed settles as Partial, and the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance automatically.

4 Refunds & Balance

• Refunds are issued to your Fixedseen account balance, not back to your original payment method.
• Funds added to your balance are for ordering services and are generally non-withdrawable.
• A Pending order that hasn’t started can be cancelled for an immediate balance refund. An In-progress order is cancelled through a review request so the refund reflects what was already delivered.
• Refill and refund claims should be raised within the guarantee window via a support ticket, with the order ID included.
• Deposits made in error, or disputes opened without contacting support, may be resolved at our discretion.

5 Your Account

• You’re responsible for activity under your account. Keep your password private and enable two-factor authentication from your Account page.
• One person or business per account unless a reseller arrangement says otherwise. Creating accounts to abuse promotions or evade a ban is not allowed.
• We never ask for your Telegram password, login code or phone number. Anyone requesting them while claiming to be Fixedseen is impersonating us.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or put our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

6 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Fixedseen to promote or target:

• Content that is illegal where you operate, including child-safety violations, terrorism, or incitement to violence.
• Fraud, phishing, malware, or schemes designed to deceive or steal from others.
• Channels or posts you don’t have the right to promote, or that violate Telegram’s own Terms of Service.
• Attempts to abuse our API, overload our systems, or reverse-engineer our delivery methods.

Orders that violate this section may be cancelled without refund, and repeat violations may end in a permanent ban.

7 Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided “as is”. Fixedseen isn’t liable for actions taken by Telegram against any account or channel, including restrictions, limits or removal.
• Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
• We aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes caused by third-party platforms, networks or payment providers outside our control.
• Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

8 Resellers & API

• The API is provided for legitimate resale and automation. Keep your API key secret and rotate it if it’s exposed.
• Resellers are responsible for their own customers, pricing and support, and for complying with these terms on their behalf.
• Abusive traffic, spammy automation, or attempts to probe or scrape our systems may lead to key revocation and account suspension.
• Wholesale terms, where offered, are set out separately and take precedence over the public catalogue for those accounts.

9 Privacy

• We collect only what we need to run your account and orders — your email, balance and order history, and the public links you submit.
• We don’t sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners under their own policies.
• We keep records as needed for support, accounting and fraud prevention, and to meet legal obligations.
• Questions about your data can be raised through a support ticket.
