Help Center & Telegram FAQ
Straight answers about ordering Telegram growth on Fixedseen — members, subscribers, views, reactions, Premium, Stars, drip-feed, refills, payments and the API.
Services
Which Telegram services can I order?
Fixedseen focuses on Telegram end to end: channel subscribers and group members, post and story views, reactions, poll votes, shares and forwards, comments, Premium members, Telegram Stars, bot starts and bot traffic, referrals, and channel SEO. Every listing spells out its speed, quality tier and any refill guarantee before you buy.
Are the accounts real people or bots?
It depends on the tier you pick. Premium and “real” tiers use aged accounts that carry profile photos and prior activity. Standard/mixed tiers blend seasoned and fresh accounts to keep the price down. Budget tiers are programmatic accounts — the cheapest and fastest option, but the most likely to thin out over time. The tier is always named in the service title, so you choose the trade-off, not us.
Will the count drop after delivery?
A small amount of natural fluctuation is normal on any platform. Services marked Non-drop ship with a refill window (for example 30 days, 60 days or lifetime) stated in the description — if the count slips below what we delivered inside that window, a refill tops it back up. Tiers without a stated guarantee are priced accordingly and are not refill-backed.
Can you promise zero drop?
Only on tiers we explicitly label Lifetime Guarantee. Telegram runs its own periodic clean-ups that no provider controls, so a blanket “never drops” promise would be dishonest. What we do commit to is the full delivered count at completion, the refill window printed on the listing, and quick refills when a covered drop happens.
Orders
How do I place an order?
What is Drip-Feed and when should I use it?
Drip-Feed splits one order into scheduled batches instead of delivering everything at once, so growth looks organic and trips fewer anti-spam signals. You set the quantity per run, the number of runs, and the interval in minutes between them. The full cost is charged up front; if you cancel partway, the runs that haven’t fired yet are refunded to your balance. Manage active schedules on the Drip-feed page.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
A drip-feed order can be cancelled by you at any time from the Drip-feed page — future runs stop and the undelivered portion is refunded to your balance instantly. For a standard order that is still Pending and hasn’t been sent upstream, the Cancel button refunds it right away; once it is In progress, Cancel opens a request our team reviews so the refund matches what was actually delivered.
What is a Mass Order?
Mass Order lets you submit many orders in one go — one line per order in the format service_id | link | quantity. It’s the fastest way to push a batch across several posts or channels without filling in the form each time. Find it under the Mass tab on the New order page.
How do refills work?
If a refill-backed order drops inside its guarantee window, open the order in Orders and use the Refill action; we re-top the delivered amount, usually within the hour. Refills apply only to the count we delivered — growth you had before the order, or drop after the window closes, isn’t covered.
Payments
How do I add funds?
Head to Add funds, choose an amount and a method, and your balance is credited automatically once the payment confirms. You order from that balance, so there’s nothing to re-enter at checkout.
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
We support the major coins and stablecoins — USDT (TRC-20, ERC-20, BEP-20), BTC, ETH, TON and more — with automatic crediting after the required network confirmations. The exact live list appears on the Add funds screen.
First time paying with USDT — any advice?
Pick USDT on the TRC-20 network for the lowest fees. Send the exact amount shown at checkout, and cover the network fee from spare wallet balance rather than by trimming the transfer — if less arrives than the invoice, crediting can be delayed until it’s reconciled.
Do you refund to my balance?
Yes. Cancelled or undelivered portions are returned to your account balance so you can spend them on the next order — for example, the unfired runs of a cancelled drip-feed, or a standard order our team cancels after review. Balance credit is instant; we don’t reverse the original deposit back to your wallet.
Account & API
How do I keep my account secure?
Turn on two-factor authentication from your Account page. With 2FA active, a stolen password alone can’t get in — sign-in also needs the rotating code from your authenticator app. Use a unique password here and never share your login code with anyone.
Where is my API key?
Your key and full endpoint reference live on the API page. You can rotate the key there at any time; rotating immediately invalidates the old one, so update your integrations right after.
Is the API compatible with other panels?
Yes — the API follows the widely used Perfectpanel-style contract, so existing scripts and reseller tools that already speak that format work with only a base-URL and key change. Endpoints for services, placing orders, order status, refills and balance are documented on the API page.
What details will you ever ask me for?
Only a public link or @username for the target of your order. We never need your Telegram password, your login code, or your phone number — anyone requesting those while claiming to be Fixedseen is impersonating us. Report it through a support ticket.
Support & guarantees
How do I reach support?
Open a ticket from the Tickets page — it keeps your whole conversation, order references and any follow-ups in one thread. That’s the fastest route to a human and the record we work from.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Support is staffed around the clock and most tickets get a first reply well inside a few hours. Please give a new order time to process before opening a ticket about speed — delivery windows are estimates, and many orders finish on their own shortly after starting.
What if delivery stalls partway?
If an order can’t finish, it settles as Partial and the undelivered slice is refunded to your balance automatically — you’re only charged for what actually arrived. If something looks stuck for longer than the listed window, open a ticket with the order ID and we’ll investigate.
